Challenge: There are thousands of articles on how to live to be 500 in perfect health without resorting to radical cybernetic enhancements or clones, while we are gleefully awaiting our new robotic eyes and pig hearts, for the time being we decided to take a slightly more down to Earth approach to living longer; thus, our challenge to you, to get control of the three main drivers of health: Food, Exercise and Stress and to tell us what changes you are making to help that process along.
